Combines alternating flaps of aluminum oxide abrasive with pads of non-woven Scotch-Brite abrasive web-aggressive cut with fine finish. Produces a finer finish than standard flap wheels while working faster than straight Scotch-Brite flap wheel. Softer contact and less chatter than standard flap wheels.
