Split High Collar Lock Washer, 18-8 S/S

A ring split at one point and bent into a helical shape, creating more friction and resistance to rotation. 18-8 stainless steel is very corrosion resistant, strong at high temps and have a minimum tensile strength similar to a Grade 2 bolt. A2 stainless steel (SAE 304 stainless steel) is the ISO designation for a stainless steel comparable to 18-8 and has excellent corrosion resistance.
