Alkon Push-In D.O.T. metric fittings are used in construction and agricultural equipment, public transit, and other industrial machines. Designed to provide the same high performance and time savings as all Alkon push-in fittings. Alkon bodies (straights), tube supports and grippers are constructed from CA 360 brass and forged elbows from CA 377 brass for superior durability and corrosion resistance. Standard brass push-in fittings are rated from -40 deg F to 220 deg F and are designed for compressed air only - not for fuel, water, oil, or where battery acid can drip on tubing.
