Cobalt, Left Handed Drill Bits
Constructed of M-42 Cobalt High Speed Steel for super abrasive resistance in tough metals, these heavy duty, cobalt steel drill bits (stub length) feature a bronze oxide finish and a 135° split point.
They are used in left hand screw machines and with screw extractors. They can also be used to drill out broken bolts and other hardened fasteners. Sizes 3/16" and above have a 3-flat shank which reduces slippage in the drill chuck.
